研究方向:

细胞的分泌是细胞最基本的一个功能。细胞内钙离子的升高将引起神经递质和激素的分泌。我们研究分泌的细胞和分子机理,以及多巴胺分泌生理学和“多巴胺病”(毒品成瘾、PD)的关系。使用膜片钳、膜电容、微碳纤电极以及共聚焦、多光子荧光显微成像在活体(in vivo)、组织(brain slices)、单细胞水平测量检测量子化神经递质、激素(特别是儿茶酚胺类)分泌信号。
