研究方向:

汤超实验室主要进行定量系统生物学方面的交叉学科研究。我们应用和发展定量方法和工具,有机地结合理论、计算和实验来提出和解决关键生物学问题,目的是发现生物世界中的基本定量规律及普适性原理。目前研究方向主要集中在细胞和调控网络层次,具体包括:细胞周期调控中的系统设计原理,细胞是怎么及如何做各种决定的;生物网络中的功能、拓扑与动力学的关系;发育及细胞分化的数学模型;信息论在生物系统中的应用;基于网络结构的复杂疾病机理等。
