1. 气体激素乙烯的信号转导及植物激素和环境信号相互作用的分子机制;
2. 植物器官衰老的激素调控机理;
3. 小RNA分子和表观遗传修饰在激素作用中的调控机理;
4. 植物激素作用途径的演化和系统生物学研究。
