  多细胞互作和细胞间信息传递是免疫系统正常工作的必要基础。生发中心反应是体液免疫记忆的重要源头,其正常组织结构和细胞互作都受到精细的动态调控。深入理解这些调控机制,是更加合理地设计预防或治疗性抗体疫苗的前提。我们通过遗传、生化、细胞生物学手段以及活细胞、活组织动态成像方法试图理解以下问题:(1)在生发中心反应中关键性细胞互作的分子调控机理;(2)这些细胞互作的定性及定量特点如何参与细胞命运选择;(3)生发中心及滤泡组织结构的时空动态演化特点及分子调控机制;(4)以上3个层次的组织与调节机制如何保持免疫系统在产生有效应答的同时避免自身反应。

 

  上述这些成熟的研究方向以外,我们还开展研究病毒感染时CD8组织驻留记忆的形成、小胶质细胞形态与功能、以及可能参与调控免疫应答的神经环路。通过这些研究,我们试图理解免疫细胞间、免疫细胞与微环境间、免疫系统与其它系统间的交互作用,如何共同维持器官的功能稳态。
