肝脏中糖脂代谢信号调控的分子机制与代谢性疾病。综合运用分子生物学、细胞生物学以及组学等手段,细胞以及小鼠模型等,以肝脏作为研究的主要器官,从糖脂代谢信号调控的角度探索肥胖、糖尿病以及肿瘤的发病机制。
