研究方向：

我们选择线虫的Q神经前体细胞为研究对象，研究其通过不对称分裂、长距离迁移以及细胞凋亡，最终形成神经环路的分子细胞学机制。我们建立了活体显微成像方法，利用转盘激光共聚焦显微镜实时记录Q细胞的发育过程；我们发展了线虫条件性基因突变的技术，研究调控Q细胞发育的关键分子。我们关于线虫Q细胞的工作可以加深对于神经发育，不对称分裂，细胞迁移和细胞凋亡的认识。
