研究方向: 

研究室主要兴趣为新的分泌型激酶。人的激酶组内有500多个成员,他们通过磷酸化其他分子来调节细胞内的很多生理过程。但他们基本都在细胞质或者细胞核内起作用。与此同时,我们知道有很多分泌型蛋白也会被磷酸化。最新研究表明有一个叫做Fam20的激酶家族特异性的修饰分泌型的分子。这个家族成员的突变会引起人类骨骼发育相关的疾病。我们将通过结构生物学和其他各种生物学手段来研究这个新型的激酶家族。
