本实验室研究方向

本实验室运用先进的高通量筛选方法进行抗病毒药物开发研究。 生物信息学,活细胞成像,生物化学和结构生物学的手段是我们研究新型药物的作用机制的方法。 同时我们运用功能基因组学大规模遗传筛选的方法以及全蛋白组质谱的手段来系统的研究人类抗病毒天然免疫的机制。我们对基于RNA的药物开发也非常有兴趣。我们的研究对象主要是流感病毒,乙肝病毒,登革热病毒以及艾滋病毒。本实验室的学生将学习掌握高通量生物学的手段在新药开发中的应用,同时也将得到病毒学,细胞生物学和遗传学的训练。欢迎有志于转化医学这项激动人心的事业的年轻人加入我们的全新的队伍里来.
