本实验室研究方向

我们的研究领域为植物基因转录调控和表观遗传学。我们将结合遗传学、生物化学、分子生物学、基因组学、数学建模等各种现代生物学研究手段,以拟南芥和水稻等模式生物为研究对象,解析基因转录调控的作用机理。我们着重于研究一类特殊基因组结构R-loop的形成、稳定与解除的分子机理以及相应的生物学功能,同时我们也感兴趣于分析基因沉默等多种重要表观生物学现象的产生机制以及水稻表观基因组学的研究。更多研究内容请参考http://plant.life.tsinghua.edu.cn/plus/view.php?aid=93
