研究方向：
基因组学新技术的开发及其在生物医学领域的应用。我们的目标是以更精确的方式分析遗传多样性，从而研究其对不同生命过程的影响。为此，我们一方面综合运用微流、高通量测序等手段，开发单细胞分析、单倍体分析、高准度测序等基因组学技术；另一方面，利用这些技术研究遗传、发育、癌症、免疫等过程背后的遗传学特性以及相关疾病的发病机理。具体研究方向包括：罕见遗传病的病因学研究；胚胎发育过程中的细胞谱系追踪；癌症干细胞的分裂与分化；免疫系统多样性的遗传学基础等。
