  谭旭博士于2003年在中国科技大学获得生物学学士学位,并于2007年在美国西雅图的华盛顿大学获得药理学博士学位;2008年至2014年在哈佛大学医学院进行博士后研究。谭旭实验室运用先进的高通量筛选方法进行抗病毒药物开发研究。同时运用功能基因组学大规模遗传筛选的方法以及全蛋白组质谱的手段来系统的研究人类抗病毒天然免疫的机制。生物信息学,活细胞成像,生物化学和结构生物学的手段是我们研究新型药物的作用机制的方法。我们对基于RNA的药物开发也非常有兴趣。我们的研究对象主要是艾滋病毒,乙肝病毒,新冠病毒和寨卡病毒。另外,我们对关于泛素-蛋白酶体有关的疾病机制和药物开发也有研究。
