研究方向

 

随着中国进入老龄化社会和城镇化发展,农业机械化生产是未来趋势。机械化直播中,由于幼苗出土的整齐性和存活率较低造成大量种子损失,并严重影响了农作物的精细分布。

本课题组致力于研究植物(拟南芥、大豆等)对于陆地土壤环境的适应,重点关注植物种子在土壤中萌发,幼苗向上生长破土,以及出土后见光存活的分子调控机制。主要研究内容有:

1)种子萌发,幼苗形态建成及变绿存活;

2)光照、温度、机械压力等环境因子与植物内源激素互作;

3)细胞钙信号编码与解码分子机制;

4)植物应答土壤机械压力(植物触觉)的受体及信号传导通路。
