研究方向:

程功课题组主要从事虫媒病毒等新发、再发病毒性传染病感染传播机制与抗病毒免疫硏究。研究内容涉及登革病毒、乙型脑炎病毒、西尼罗病毒、基孔肯亚病毒等蚊媒病毒在哺乳动物宿主及节肢动物媒介中的感染机制,希望通过多种实验手段鉴定出与病毒感染高度相关的宿主/媒介靶点,并利用鉴定出的宿主/媒介靶点研发新型的干预策略,阻断虫媒病毒在自然界传播。目前,实验室聚焦的主要科学问题包括:1. 蚊媒病毒致病机制与免疫调控;2. 蚊媒病毒进化与传播机制;3. 媒介昆虫与微生物菌群互作;4. 昆虫行为生物学。
