研究兴趣(一段话介绍研究兴趣,方便读者理解):
RNA修饰有170多种,但是我们对它们的认识还远远不够。RNA修饰是怎样写入的,怎样去除的,以及它们的分子及生物学功能亟待研究。课题组主要聚焦RNA 5‘端加帽修饰(例如NAD,FAD,ADPR,UDP-glucose)以及假尿苷修饰。课题组也研究小RNA的生物学功能,尤其在植物热形态建成(植物感受环境温度而调整发育从而适应温度)方面的功能。
