研究兴趣:

杜鹏研究员长期以来从事RNA调控和干细胞生物学的研究,深入解析RNA调控通路在干细胞命运决定和早期胚胎发育中的功能,提出的多项原创性基础研究和原始创新成果,代表了国际该领域发展的最前沿:课题组的研究集中在RNA生物学与干细胞生物学。我们综合运用传统的生物化学,分子生物学,结合高通量测序,基因组学,生物信息学等手段来分析和鉴定未知的RNA调控通路,研究相关RNA调控通路在胚胎干细胞的分化命运决定和早期胚胎发育中的功能。同时,我们致力于在动物细胞中重组植物或微生物中特异的RNA调控通路,并分析其潜在的对于基础科学研究和转化医学研究中的价值。
