学习和记忆的神经机制

人类大脑包含上百个不同的脑区,这些脑区通过纷繁复杂的神经纤维连接,构成能根据不同情况实时灵活处理信息的脑网络。外界的感觉信息进入大脑后以工作记忆的形式短暂存储,以指导下一步的行动。工作记忆是学习、推理、决策、意识等认知活动的基础。本实验室以小鼠为主要模式系统,结合光遗传学操控、多通道电生理、光学成像和定量行为学研究多脑区的神经网络如何促进工作记忆信息的产生,如何维持工作记忆;多脑区神经动力学如何协同变化以支持工作记忆行为的学习;同时开发新型结构和功能成像方法促进多脑区神经动力学的研究。通过脑网络功能研究,结合新型技术手段,最终理解工作记忆脑网络的运行机制,为工作记忆疾病的治疗提供新的思路,并启发新型人工智能计算模型。
