郭强研究员致力于利用冷冻电子断层扫描及多模态原位成像技术,研究细胞和组织天然环境中分子机器的三维结构、空间组织规律及其功能机制。通过融合成像、计算分析与定量建模,探索复杂生物体系中结构与功能的关联,揭示生理过程和疾病发生发展的分子基础。
