研究兴趣：
本课题组聚焦危险信号感知、免疫激活与疾病发生发展的分子机制。我们重点研究Gasdermin穿孔蛋白家族在炎性细胞死亡、抗肿瘤免疫及组织稳态维持中的作用及其分子机制，并探索参与先天免疫、适应性免疫、肿瘤免疫及炎症反应的新型调控因子及其作用网络。通过解析连接危险信号感知、免疫激活与疾病进展的关键分子通路，我们致力于将基础研究发现转化为肿瘤及炎症性疾病的创新治疗策略。
