研究兴趣:


大脑的认知功能依赖于精密的神经网络,而环境刺激对神经环路的发育至关重要。本团队近期研究发现早期感觉经验通过催产素跨脑区调节神经发育。进一步研究发现,早期抚摸通过特定神经环路提高催产素神经元放电,从而促进社交互动。基于上述成果,我们提出“早期神经环路跨脑区全局发育假说”。发育早期的大脑具有高度可塑性,但其介导机制尚不明确。本团队结合单细胞测序、转基因动物模型、电生理、光学成像、定量行为分析等技术,解析感觉经验对神经元、胶质细胞及神经血管单元的调控机制。也将探索这些机制在孤独症谱系障碍、智力障碍等神经发育疾病中的异常。这些研究将有助于深入理解大脑的工作原理,同时也有望为神经发育疾病的早期药物与行为干预提供新思路。
