研究领域:免疫分子的功能机制
研究兴趣:
我课题组关注免疫分子、尤其是与免疫球蛋白和补体相关的功能机制。人体免疫防御体系通过适应性免疫与固有免疫的协同作用维持机体稳态,其中由免疫球蛋白与补体系统构成的分子网络是关键的防御屏障。在前期工作中,我们研究了多聚免疫球蛋白(包括IgM与IgA)的组装机制,揭示了多个免疫受体对其配体的特异性识别机制(包括FcεRI 复合物对IgE的识别)。我们还在致力于解析补体系统发挥功能的分子基础,并尝试通过抗体工程化改造来调控其补体激活活性。
