科研方向

从事免疫学方向的研究,主要通过单细胞力谱仪和高分辨单细胞成像技术分析树突状细胞的激活过程。于2012年从加拿大回国任职,担任清华大学终身教授。早期发现尿酸是哺乳动物的免疫危险因子。

近年来的主要研究成果:

1. 发现了树突状细胞表面脂质对外界的固态物质反应。这个效应是固态颗粒免疫激活或者佐剂作用的基础。申请人发现力学作用所产生的免疫调节可以延伸到细胞与细胞之间的相互作用。在调节性T细胞和树突状细胞接触中,强烈的粘合作用导致后者细胞骨架极化,形成免疫抑制。

2. 肠道菌落和外界免疫系统发育之间的关系: 近年来的实验室结果显示,新生小鼠的肠道中的真菌可以释放生物物质,刺激肠道的CD103阳性的树突状细胞,这些细胞向外周淋巴结转移,并带去视黄酸,诱导这些组织的发育。
