科研兴趣:
秦为课题组长期致力于发展功能驱动的,具有时空动态分辨率的化学生物学工具和蛋白质组学技术,探索细胞间通讯,细胞器和生物分子互作,翻译后修饰等重要生物学问题。具体研究大方向如下:
1.发展活体兼容邻近标记新技术,实现组织和细胞特异性的活体时空蛋白质组学,探索细胞间蛋白质通讯、瞬时蛋白构型变化,蛋白合成与降解等时空调控机制。
2.发展新型化学蛋白质组学策略研究细胞器互作、蛋白质与其它生物分子的相互作用,并将其应用于解析神经退行性疾病中的潜在调控机制。
3.大规模分析蛋白翻译后修饰的动态调控,并进一步挖掘新型翻译后修饰及其调控机制。
