研究方向：
以模式动物和哺乳类细胞为对象，综合运用深度学习、高通量超分辨活体成像、冷冻和常温电镜、条件性基因编辑和生化分析等技术方法，研究细胞骨架和信号分子调控不对称细胞分裂、定向细胞迁移、以及纤毛发生的机理。近年聚焦人类纤毛疾病和纤毛发生机理的研究，解析纤毛结构中蛋白调控机制。
