为肿瘤和免疫代谢,特别关注代谢物信号。先后发现了1)包括尿素循环和多胺合成代谢途径等代谢途径的异常改变,以及胆碱代谢和一碳代谢对肿瘤,特别是携带p53缺失或突变的恶性肿瘤的增殖和存活的关键作用;2)特定代谢物(如延胡索酸,瓜氨酸等)代谢感知和信号功能对免疫细胞免疫应答和抗肿瘤能力的影响;以及3)决定细胞命运分化(如GC B细胞分化和T细胞耗竭)的决定因素。
