研究领域:

我们实验室将以小鼠和人的免疫细胞为主要研究对象,研究方向集中在:

1. 在免疫细胞复杂及动态的染色质环境下研究DNA复制、DNA修复和DNA重组的发生与调控;

2. 在时间和空间尺度上研究衰老过程或不同组织中淋巴细胞功能的变化以及相关的基因组动态变化;

3. 深入挖掘抗体的发育和成熟机理,并利用合成生物学技术改造细胞工厂,促使其实现抗体开发和进化。

研究兴趣: 

通过基因组学方法系统研究免疫细胞DNA复制和修复的染色质调控过程;研究抗体的成熟过程并进行抗体细胞工厂的开发。
