研究方向:课题组关注于基因组非编码元件,包括以内源性逆转录病毒(ERV)为代表的反转座子元件的分子调控机理及其对于肿瘤免疫的影响。主要方向包括新型ERV调控元件的发现、ERV元件调控蛋白在癌症的功能、肿瘤中转座元件的空间生物学解析等。
