主要从事光学显微成像技术开发及其生物医学应用研究
研究方向:
李栋课题组致力于光学显微成像技术的开发与生命科学应用研究,特别是开发适于活体、高速、长时程、低损伤的超分辨荧光显微镜成像技术。首创了条纹激活非线性结构光显微镜、掠入射结构光超分辨显微镜,以及合理化深度学习超分辨成像等技术方法。主要研究方向包括:多模态、高速、多色、长时程超分辨显微镜系统研制,深度学习超分辨显微成像算法开发及新型光学成像技术应用于生命科学研究。
