研究方向:
聚焦于血管微环境在血管稳态及重大心血管疾病(包括动脉粥样硬化、主动脉瘤/夹层、血管钙化)中的调控机制。主要研究领域包括:(1)细胞外基质微环境在血管稳态维持与重塑中的作用;(2)生物活性代谢物及其受体的鉴定、功能解析与疾病机制研究。其团队突破性发现“第二个胆固醇”-神经酰胺促进动脉粥样硬化的新机制、揭示细胞外基质重塑在心血管疾病中的核心作用。先后在Nature、 Science、 Nature Review Cardiology、 Circulation、 European Heart Journal等国际心血管期刊权威期刊发表160余篇论文,被广泛引用和多次专题述评。研发的如针对动脉粥样硬化脂质残余风险的ADAMTS-7治疗性疫苗;针对主动脉瘤/夹层的诊断和治疗的候选药物柚皮素、MRI诊断探针等,获得多项国际国内专利授权。
