主要科研领域与方向:
脊椎动物胚胎的分子发育生物学。主要利用斑马鱼做模式动物,分离克隆Nodal和FGF等信号通路的新的介导因子和调节因子,结合分子生物学、细胞生物学、遗传学等技术,研究它们在胚胎发育中的作用及其作用机制。利用诱变技术,鉴定影响早期胚胎发育的母源因子。
