研究方向:

我们实验室致力于研究表观遗传调控在植物发育和植物对环境的响应中的作用。相对于转录因子,染色质修饰复合物也参与基因表达调控,从而在另一层次上控制基因转录,这种多层次的调控存在于植物生长周期的所有重要阶段。然而,这些表观遗传修饰的功能和分子机制尚不清楚。本实验室结合跨学科的研究方法,利用遗传学、基因组学、细胞生物学和生物化学等研究手段,重点研究顺式作用元件和反式作用因子如何调控组蛋白甲基化修饰复合物识别、修饰目标基因并且最终影响其转录。我们也关注染色质状态在植物冷适应过程中(包括春化)对植物基因转录的调控作用。
